National Network of Fusion Centers (NNFC) customer satisfaction survey is due June 21

Every year the DHS Office of Intelligence and Analysis conducts a simple customer satisfaction survey on behalf of the National Network of Fusion Centers (NNFC). The data collected forms a central part of the DHS annual assessment of the National Network and will help fusion centers better understand, capture, and communicate their outcomes and impact. This is the fifth year that the NNFC is requesting feedback from its’ key stakeholders. Use this link to participate in this short survey that should take no more than five minutes to complete. Their feedback is invaluable to the continued advancement of the fusion centers as an effective national network.
