University of Georgia’s Institute for Disaster Management Survey

The University of Georgia’s Institute for Disaster Management is collecting data (via a survey) on the agencies and/or individuals who were involved in the evacuation of pets during Hurricane Matthew in October 2016. Specifically, they are looking for lessons learned on the ways in which program coordinators (emergency managers, veterinarians, shelter staff, and other professionals) made decisions regarding managing pets.

Respondents may be from any of the affected states in the southeastern United States. The program coordinator survey is available at: https://ugeorgia.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_1TX9rl0aBlxmVUh
